Each one in this series was actually taken through my window in Moscow Texas.
I have written Haiku and Tanka-like verse to go with most of them. The images with verse are posted on my new blog- "Patchwork Faces of the Moon." I created the blog to be a sounding board for my book which many of you know I have been working on for years. It is a place to write about the process as it is happening. I am working on a coffee-table book of art also "Heart Felt Dance," and art from that effort will be posted on this new blog also. Stop by and have a look.
I am now accepting donations for the upkeep of my three websites. If you like the sites and would like to help keep them in cyberspace, you may make a contribution through PayPal. Click the above button to participate. Thanks!

laugh with your phoenix voice
screaming forever
preparing to leave
poised to jump into the sky
I sense your call
singing from the corner
of an old photograph
I have a new blog! Patchwork Faces of the Moon. It is to log progress on my books. The intertwining of the three novelas to become the book by that name and the creation of the coffee-table art book, tentivly to be called
My current featured guest is Pamela Macbean. I was fortunate enough to be able to exhibit her work before on this site. The poem to the right and the one on the message that I sent out by email are poems from that previous feature. I wanted to give you a teaser of her powerful words. Pamela has been widely published in recent years and has a book of poetry that would be a nice addition to any poet's library or make a lovely gift for your favorite poetry lover. Click on Pamela's name or anywhere in the poem to visit her guest page here Through My Window.
This page includes my dream work poetry from 2007.

About this page:
If this is your first visit, you might want to add the address of this page to your favorites list, so you can come back at your leisure. There is a lot to see. When you have seen all you want, this is the page that will point you to the new stuff--no need to look through the same windows, unless you like the view. I plan on adding my latest art and changing featured guests at least twice a year--shooting for quarterly. No set schedule yet. I am beginning an index to keep on this page of all the additions. That way if you don't visit for a while you can come here and see what it is that you have missed. They will be listed from most resent.
